Our goal is for every client to leave the salon feeling confident and completely happy with their hair. We know that sometimes a little adjustment may be needed, and our team truly appreciates the chance to refine their work.
If you feel an adjustment is required, we kindly ask that you contact us within 2 weeks of your original appointment. This timeframe allows us to properly assess the service and ensure the best possible result.
When an adjustment is needed, we will do our best to book you at a time that works for you. Your original stylist will complete the adjustment so they can perfect your final look.
As part of our policy, we offer complimentary adjustment appointments rather than refunds or partial refunds. This is because the time and products have already been provided, and in most cases, a simple adjustment is all that’s needed to achieve your desired outcome. We never want you to leave feeling disappointed, so please don’t hesitate to reach out if something isn’t quite right. We’re always happy to listen and make it right!

48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule your appointment without losing your deposit.
If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, or do not attend your appointment, the deposit will be forfeited.
For late arrivals that cannot be accommodated, the deposit will also be forfeited.
We understand that unexpected situations come up, and we will always do our best to work with you. Our deposit policy helps protect our stylists’ time while ensuring we can offer appointments to clients on our waiting list.

To secure your appointment, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. This deposit is applied toward the total cost of your service and helps ensure that our stylists’ time is reserved specifically for you.
Deposits are refundable, and can be transferred if you need to reschedule, provided you give us adequate notice.
