    • We have a 24-hour cancellation policy (life happens, but don’t ghost us!)

    • Missed or late-cancelled appointments will be forfeited

    • Memberships are just for you (non-transferable, non-shareable)

Cancellation policy

Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you can’t make your appointment to allow for other clients to fill the spot. Appointments cancelled after the 24 hours notice period, or no shows will be charged 50% of your booking.

We would like to announce that we have joined sustainable salons. This revolutionary resource recovery program is designed for the salon to achieve zero waste. What does this mean for you? Each time you visit our sustainable salon your service bill will include a small green service fee of $4 that will support the salon to keep its commitment to sustainability without compromising the quality service we offer you.
